If you're trying to log in and can't remember your password, click the lost password button.

Type in your Nickname (same as your Ord name) and hit "send." You'll be sent an email with a confirmation code. Retype your name and confirmation code, and hit send again. We'll send you a new password. Once you sign in, you'll be able to change it back under "Your Account" or "Your&nb sp;Membership."

We hope you will stay with us, but if you are unable to remain a member, for whatever reason, we understand.

If you have not joined the Ord through this website, do nothing. Your shift is automatically available to the public.

If you have joined through the site, however, only staff can delete a membership. Please log in, and send in a request via our Feedback Form - this is to ensure it is really you making the request. We'll delete your profile, your membership will be cancelled, and your shift will be opened up.

go to Your Account and click the "Your Info" icon. Scroll down to the bottom to the "Avatar Control Panel."

You have several choices:

1) You can choose an avatar from the gallery - click the "browse" button, then select your avatar.

2) You can upload a photo through the forums. Click the link "Uplo ad Through Forum Profile",  scroll down to the bottom, and hit the "browse" button. Choose the photo from your computer, and hit "upload." The user picture can be up to 100 x  100 pixels and 15 bytes.

3) You can link to one if you have one stored on your own webspace or photo service like photobucket.com. Copy and paste the URL into the space provided and click "submit."

You are probably trying to use a nick that has special characters or spaces in it; try it without, and see if that helps.

Sure you can. Visit the Cell Rosters link under the member menu, and click the "add" button. The shifts that are available for the different cills will be listed, or you can add any shift that you see, or as an individual. Please wait until after March 31st to add another shift.

This is also where you would go to delete a shift. You will need to be registered and logged in to do either.

Log in and go to "Your Account." Click the "Your Information" icon. Change your information and click update. That's it!
