·Can I get email notifications of when my shift is due?
Yes, simply click the shift
for you wish to receive an email notification.
Make sure you enable pop-ups! because there
will be a pop-up giving you that option.
You can receive up to two email
notifications for an event. It's up to you to decide how many days in advance to receive
them. Be SURE to click the "update" button!

To begin, log in,and click on the
"calendar" link at the bottom of the page. If you arelogged out, try loading the
page in Firefox.
You'll be taken to a page that looks like this:
Click the "edit" button next to the name, and you'll be sent to a
page like this. Edit the name if you like, then click "save."
Ifyou wish to add other members to your calendar, click "members" - thenthe
"add" button. Type in the name of the member you wish to add in thesearch field,
then click "search" then "add."
To add new
categories, click the "categories" tab. It'll look like this:
Typein the name of the category you would like, then click "add." To editthe
colors & such, do so with that category highlighted, changethem as you like, then click
"update."
Remote access allows users to subscribe to this
calendar remotely using a program such as Mozilla Sunbird, Windates, or Apple iCal. This will
also enable RSS syndication, viewable from RSS readers (e.g., RssReader, Shrook) some content
providers (e.g., Yahoo!, MSN), and content management tools (e.g., PHP-Nuke, Mambo).
To access your remote access, log in, click the calendar link at the bottom of the page,
click "edit," and click the "Remote Access" tab. You'll find the links to
use, there.
Once we've set up your
calendar, (ask us to set up one via the feedback form) - log in from the link at the
bottom of the calendar page, using your Ord name and password.
Once
you're logged in, you'll see your calendar in the pull down menu. Choose it, and go
there.
There should be + signs on the dates on the calendar; click
on the + sign to add your event.
Or, you can use the
"Quick Add Event" at the bottom of the calendar page.
·The calendar logs me out, sometimes. Why is that?
It's probably due to your
browser. This calendar seems to do well with standard versions of IE and Firefox, however we
have noticed it will randomly log you out using AOL's browser.
